Application questions

Does applying affect my credit?

No. We do not run a credit check at any point, so applying has zero effect on your credit. We look at your driver license and driving record instead.

What would disqualify me?

A suspended or invalid license, being under 21, or recent serious violations like a DUI. Ordinary tickets and a less than perfect record are usually fine. When in doubt, apply or text us, it costs nothing to ask.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit depends on the vehicle and is fully refundable when the car comes back in good shape. We confirm the exact amount with you in writing before you sign anything, and you pay nothing until pickup.

Do I pick which car I get?

We match you based on the platforms you drive for and what is available, then confirm the exact car, rate and photos with you before pickup. If it is not right, you do not take it.
